1 ¾ C. flour
6 egg yolk
1 ½ tsp. olive oil
1 T. milk
- Mix flour and salt and set aside.
- In a kitchen aid with the dough mixer add in dry ingredients.
- Then slowly add in liquid. Slowly add in egg one at a time.
- Knead until for ten minutes.
- Remove and allow to rest for 30 minutes.
- From that point you can roll out on kitchen aid pasta machine starting at lowest number until working toward the thickness you want.
